We had such a warm welcome at Totara, with a refreshing welcome juice. The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options including sausages, pastries, fresh fruits, juices, and coffee. Our room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the beach and grocery stores. We were also impressed with the modern and clean facilities, including a great shower. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room at Hotel Totara was amazing! It had everything I needed like air conditioning, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was a bonus, and the balcony with a pool view was a great spot to relax. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the soundproofing in the room.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the terrace with a city view. But that's just my subjective opinion, others might still find it enjoyable.

Hidden facilities include a pool, while high tea is available. Milk glass bathroom walls were installed in an interesting way, but the shower was amazing. The staff, room, and breakfast were all fantastic, with plenty of choices. The property is clean everywhere, and the breakfast restaurant has zero flies. Afternoon snacks and tea/coffee are a great addition, along with a lovely clean swimming pool. The location is convenient, with nearby supermarkets and restaurants, and it's within walking distance to attractions. The staff is welcoming and patient, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel offers great value for money and overall experience.

The facilities offered including free laundry self-service and the big screen TV in the room were fantastic. the breakfast and afternoon light meal were great, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants and the beach.

We experienced some privacy concerns with staff members using their master keys to enter our room in the evening. While we understand they meant no harm, this was alarming and happened twice during our stay.

Likes , During my city trip, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and modern clean amenities. the breakfast had great options and the staff were very helpful and respectful. the hotel had a therapeutic environment and was located near major landmarks and restaurants.

Dislikes , the check, in process was confusing and took longer than necessary. There were numerous ants in the room that required attention.
